As the coordinator for Women of Wisdom I find it hard to motive some, I minister the word in season and out of season, I am not sure if my expectations are to high as I believe that as we mature we should be able to handle the majority of life's situations without falling apart, I believe as we mature one should know how to seek the Lord and hknow that he is going to pull you through. My big proble with a few of the ladies is that they speak their problems to anyone who will listen, I have tried to encourage them that the best way to handle any situation is take it to GOD first and if you want to share share with someone you can trust.. There are time I question my ability to lead a group of women.............But the flip side comes from those I am mentoring who truly listen, follow the scripture take it to heart and allow GOD to lead them. I try to encourage the ladies to take charge over their lives to speak victory over their live and allow GOD to do his work. If you have any suggestion I would turly appreciate them.

I agree, you are doing the right thing by offering God. It is possible that you are sowing your seed into stony ground, and that may be why it is frustrating at times. God is and should be the first that we "talk" to but there are times (my hand is raised) that we want to "hear" an answer, we are searching when the answer is right in front of us. We say we want to hear from God but we erase our prayers by going in search of a right now answer, when God has told us his time is not our time, he doesn't punch a time clock nor does he ever get in a hurry. Stay faithful to what you are doing, God will make you ruler over many.

You are doing the right thing. As a mentor you always will offer CHRIST and the WORD as the answer. I think that people in general are used to hearing themself talk and get caught up in "self". I too have been guilty of complaining or just talking to much about my "issues" when God already knows and has the outcome already determined and for my good. I would say to you to not lose heart. This is obviously a need, your reinforcement and reminder to go to the word. So keep ministering the Gospel and even if you seem to be repeating yourself, so be it. Someone will listen and grab hold and make the change. This blessed me as I am in a season of practicing selflessness, no matter what I endure, it is not about me. God Bless you
